A closed ecosystem for your club.
Bands. School clubs. Social clubs. Kids' sports. One tap of a DogTag makes someone a verified member — and from there your community runs its own sign-in, its own gated access, its own shops and sponsorships, on a social graph that belongs to the club, not to us.
A living network graph. Clubs appear as clustered communities of member nodes. New members continuously join and fly into their club; taps between two members of the same club draw edges; amber links bridge clubs only when a member consents; private members vanish with all their edges; new clubs are founded by existing members and quiet clubs are archived. Nothing on screen is permanent. Illustrative — every id is a generated pseudonym.

ACCESS
Gates: named eligibility rules your stores and rooms check. A gate is a predicate over real membership — rank, tags, connections, a live DogTag — and it's the anti-scalper core: only members who actually qualify unlock the drop, the room, the ticket.

SALES
Your shops, your sponsors, your split. Connect your storefronts and gate products behind membership. Sponsors fund prepaid pools — like insurance, consumed as members claim and share references; members earn points and discounts, never cash; the club's share transfers automatically. The platform take is cost-plus and decaying: your community keeps 75% → 85% → 90% → 95% of sponsorship volume as it grows — the take falls toward an infrastructure-cost floor, the opposite of the flat 30–45% attention platforms keep forever.
GRAPH
The graph belongs to the club. Not to us. Connections form from DogTag taps your community records through its own site. A member who goes private disappears from it entirely — node and edges. Pernox sees only aggregate counts, and your community reads its own graph through its own API key.
LEAGUES
Kids' sports, structured as the league already is. Divisions become clubs, teams become their children, the schedule flows in — and the gates below become authorable the moment the structure exists. Rendered from the committed Tustin Pony Baseball fixture (copied from the league's public schedule pages, 2026-08-18) — rosters are never copied; players enter only when a parent accepts a real invite.

Each is a real, already-evaluated gate leaf (fail-closed, tenant-scoped) — a league console authors them against its own divisions, teams, and topics.

- The member owns their edges.A private membership is excluded as both node and edge, evaluated per member — no edge can leak them.
- Connections come from the tap.A connection forms only when a member taps another member's live DogTag in the same club; both must be members.
- Pernox sees counts, never identities.The platform view returns only per-network counts and rates — no ids, handles, emails, or edges.
